• Across our transfers & activities we have adapted a more meticulous cleaning routine of our vehicles, vessels, store fronts, and offices.

• Safety guidelines will be advised on our tours and we ask for your understanding in following instructions from our staff regarding these guidelines.

• Hand sanitizer is provided when boarding any vehicle or vessel, and at different points at our locations.

• Guests who are visibly sick will not be allowed to participate.

A full refund without penalty shall be given if the tour or activity is canceled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start of your tour or activity. No refunds for cancellations inside of 72-hours. If you miss the tour because of not being on time for the excursion, no refund will be issued. Offroad Evolution Aruba reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any tour. If we are unable to substitute your purchased tour, a full refund will be provided. If the tour is canceled by Offroad Evolution Aruba, Offroad Evolution Aruba will substitute the original activity with one of at least equal value as the one being canceled or substituted.
